Just noticed how bad Verizon website is. This evening I was simply trying to add a account manager and the entire website kept verifying me over and over again. About 10 times or more. Then I was like, ok can’t remember if I insured this phone or not I should check the bill. Generate pdf. Nope just loads and loads. This is the kind of crap I would be embarrassed about if that was my system. Might even get fired and we’ll deserved since this is a customer facing system. Wrf Is happening in the tech industry. I’m 20 years experienced and I can’t believe the crappy stuff we are producing. Anyone know what is going on ? If I was in charge I would be ripping into my tech team. And if that was my system I would be sad I created such a pos.

They don’t get paid enough to create a fancy website. It’s Verizon ffs, the good engineers never apply or they move out to a company that can pay them 3x.
