Hi Blind, My current base salary is $150k with 12% annual bonus. I have an offer from Tesla $125k base salary and $125k RSU for 4 years. Should I join Tesla? No! I don’t work for Juul now! #tesla
At the current insanely bloated stock of tesla this might be a gamble.
Not worth it.. your monthly expenses would be built around your current base, you’ll regret the move.

Can’t voice my opinion much since I don’t know too much about you. But a couple points: Seems Tesla pays less, might pay even less in the future (stock dip) Tesla is a fun company. (The mission at least) Tesla has a reputation to overwork you.
