Bonus is based on your performance x company performance. So, 10% in your case is the target. Ignore the max as you would have to be the very top, but recruiters like throwing that around. Usually Visa does well financially. For example the pool was 165% last year and my target was 15%. So got a 25% bonus because I only got 100% of my target. If I wasn’t lazy, I could have gotten a lot more (just kidding). If I got a outstanding 140% bonus it would have gotten 35% with company performance. RSUs you get based on level of how many get, but around the same as bonus (got the same 25% last year in RSU allocation). Under director / lead level not everyone gets stock
