Had a take home case study for Visa sent to me on Monday to be completed and returned by Monday EOD. The case was a complete mess and I sent some questions because it didn’t even ask for objectives. They responded today and told me they sent me the wrong one and extended my time to next Friday. What should I do? This is ridiculous.
What role?
Nontech
Product?
Visa pay is peanuts, I recently got L6 offer at Austin office and I rejected the offer immediately as soon as the recruiter gave me the numbers. I was offered 150k base with 10% annual bonus with 10 YOE. I'd suggest interviewing elsewhere and not waste time on Visa if your goal is to make money
Totally this. I would not waste my time with Visa if I have other options. My observation about take home is that it's just time waste and mostly a non-serious employer/hiring manager.
My dumbass thought you were talking about worker visa interviews and confused as to why they would have you do case studies.
Well if you need a job and don’t have any other interviews lined up then just do it.
I have a couple lined up but I really liked the hiring manager and thought this role was super interesting
