Visa offer eval

I got a verbal offer from Visa for L5(senior software engineer) role. And this was the range recruiter gave before my interview. Base: 135k Bonus: 12-16% based on performance Rsu: none Location: Austin, TX YOE: 7 Tc: 122k Is that comp lowballed, how much more I can negotiate? Also, what is the usual range for sign on bonus be? I got very good feedback from my interview. Thanks in advance.

Visa did this to me to. Back in January they reached out and I went with it and ended up getting an offer for senior role for 125k + they would convert my ~80k non-vested stock. Not sure how they would do that because I rejected it right away without getting that far in the conversation. I only had 1.5 yoe and I thought they were lowballing me and giving me a senior position without giving me the senior pay because of my yoe, and just wanted free labor. My TC at the time was already basically what they were offering so that’s why it was an easy rejection. I figured if I did some leetcode I could get a better offer elsewhere and 6 months later I got amazon L4 for 225k. Just grind out some leetcode and you can get better tc if that’s what you care about. Edit: I did try to negotiate but they bumped up the tc only like 5k LOL. I wasn’t leaving for anything under 160 at that time because I knew I could get that even at other non-big tech companies.

You’re severely down-levelled. At 7 YOE, people are at i6.5 here. Why would they drop you 2 levels below is beyond me. I’d rather not hire than down-level like this. Everyone with a masters and 0YOE gets i5. Your offer range is the same range of an NCG. The compensation is also garbage. Throw the offer in the bin and continue interviewing.
