Does saying no to “do you require a visa sponsorship” question in job application increase the chances of getting a call back. Especially in this job market. I am on H1b but also have GC EAD. Facing career stagnation and low chances of getting a FAANG job and stuck in visa backlog, I am considering switching to EAD if that will boost my chances. Appreciate if a recruiter or a hiring manager could throw light on this.
