Can anyone explain to me how is it physically possible for a major company like Visible.com to have website issues every single season? They literally only sell 20 separate products, and yet there's still ordering issues all the time? A high performing website is literally something an intern can do, how can Visible possibly mess this up so badly? #visible #verizon
Yea, I had to create like 5 emails. because for some reason the checkout process would fail and then would tell me to reach out to support. I only ordered a sim for the $25 plan.
I couldn't login at all for 20 minutes today. Now it says payment doesn't work, and refresh or webpage gets 502. Threads on Slickdeals have had people complaining of this being a SNAFU since the ancient times. Folks aren't even surprised anymore. It's , like, yeah, it's visible. Maybe it's part of the brand, so they don't fix it? A way to attract customers during sales without selling anything?
Major? Never heard of them. 🤷🏼♀️
Ancient times??? They’ve only been around for 2 years…lol

They are low cost, very low margin, maybe get lucky and make profit on volume business. They can't be reliable I hope you aren't surprised
It takes 20$/mo to create a website capable of handling more traffic than what visible gets.
