Bruh you work at Cummins? Is that the US subsidiary of Siemens?
^Are jokes banned at that office?
Take `healthy blood ' supplement
Is that a brand?
Brand is “vitamin code"
Many vegans supplement. There aren't too many vegan sources.
I just worry about the need to eat something, I wonder how our grandparent and generation before them go their B12
It actually depends but yea I don't want to be a carnivore
Who can understand better than me. My doc recommended taking 1000mg under the tongue b12 tablet from trader joe’s pretty good
Why?; Thanks for the suggestion
I got so deficient that I cannot see was practically blind and was not able to walk without support
Sublingual B12 supplem9help. You can take them once a day, try it out for a month and check your levels. Of course, make sure you actually feel better after taking them as well.
Thanks for the advice
Also, is this just so you don't get a stroke? The study was weird- it compensates for the already low risk that vegetarians have- vegans/vegetarians had lower risk than carnivores in absolute terms
Just a lifestyle change, don't want to harm animals*
Aah, cool. I went vegetarian (I still drink milk in my coffee and I'll eat eggs sometimes) for the same reason. It's fairly easy to do in SF, though going out becomes pretty hard!
I get my B12 from energy drinks. FB stocks them and I drink several a week anyways so it's convenient.
Just take a supplement. Around 40% of people are B12 deficient (look up the study), and most of those people aren't vegan, it's very common.
Monthly B12 shots at work.
Thanks, has it done you any good? Do you feel better after that
Positively feel energetic after it. But what really helps is some moderate physical activity everyday. Maybe a 30 minute walk. I also do one a day. That helps too.
