Vmware India MTS3 job prospect

I've applied for SMTS position in MAP BU and have given 3 rounds of interview so far and waiting for the HR discussion. Hiring manager has told that they can give MT3 position given my total years of experience. I'm ok with this, should I be? Is it a good BU/team? How much pay can I expect or ask? YOE: 5 yrs Current CTC: 20LPA (18 base) Update: Ended up with no offer πŸ˜… #vmware #vmwaresalary

Your TC seems low, so they might no. FYI.. SMTS base ~37
