How many days will a person be on payroll after the person is told that he/she is let go? What about mid year bonus and unvested RSU? How many months of salary is given? @vmware

One month. And then one week for every year you had spent at VMW. This is minimum.

They typically give you min 2 months on payroll which is the DOL notification period. And additional month or two depending on if you are part of mass layoff or not. If your termination date is closer to the bonus you will get bonus. If rsu s are not vested then you lose them.

Dell is two months plus applicable vacation. Likely if you are terminated within 90 days of. Vesting you’ll get some percentage of it
