should I go to sea group in Singapore
I have recently got an offer from sea group Singapore. I do not have idea about salaries in Singapore & sea group. I wanted few suggestions over the negotiation points i can make. Below is the offer they made : 1. 12000 SGD/ MONTH yearly Performance bonus from 0 to 3 months salary, 1/2 average 2. 50k SGD RSU (SEA, 4 YEARS, 1 year for 1/4 ) *Note : I have around 7 years of experience in the field of Big data. Now I'm working in Beijing. Also, my wife and child are in Beijing. Please help me out here.
How much of that can you keep after tax?
In Singapore taxes for that TC will be around 10%. Looks like a good offer to me

That's a very good offer. Tax is low,so almost everything is your net salary. Bonus is good .

Yes. But the life cost is much higher than Beijing and I have two other options in Beijing which could provide equivalent package after tax compared with the offer sea gave.
12k/mon is top market, chinese also first class in sea.
What do you mean by first class?
I think his point is many Chinese guys are working for sea group. For that reason, I won't be looked down upon in the company.
How did it work out for you? I see Sea stock is about 8X since this was written. How has your experience been? I'm evaluating an offer there.
