Hello I have got the following offer for E6 Hardware (FRL) Base. 225K stock. 710k over 4 years Bonus 20% Sign on 100k Yoe. 8 years What do you think about offer? Is there any room for negotiation I am L5 at google and will hit the RSU cliff this year meaning that my TC for next year would be 410. As of now with the sign on bonus the FB TC is 550K and with FB higher refresh for L6 I think next year TC at FB is also 550K. So comparing 550k (L6 at FB). Vs 410 (L5 at Google). Does it make sense to move ?

How did you compute 550K as comp? Did you count all of the 100k bonus in first year? What about second year comp?
