How is the wfh policy at citi like? I have an offer from citi and will be joining soon. I am curious about wfh as my current project at charter has moved to full remote. Location- Irving Pos- AVP TC- 120k #wfh #citibank #texas
I guess it’s team dependent , my wife went from a team in citi where the young manager was requiring mandatory 2 days to another team where they decided to go to the office on Friday only. This in Europe but I don’t see why it should be different in USA
It's 1-2 days.. But not followed religiously
Las Colinas office isn’t big enough to support 3-days/week and are only doing 2-days/week according to the company wide RTO. Some teams come less from what I hear depending on your manager, department, and job role.
Regent is much smaller than Las Colinas so very few folks assigned there show up regularly.
Are you looking for full remote ? Citi will never be that company, lets be very clear about that. Hybrid for now, may be till this year end.
Been 100% remote since 2013...
Some are full remote -most hybrid -new 3 days- 2 Fridays a month - depends on Manager/Team and how much space the blg/floor has.
You need to be in office for 2 days in a week. But if your manager comes to office everyday and wants his or her team there, then you might need to commute everyday to work. Check on how flexible your manager is with wfh situation.
3 days a week but not enforced
Full remote. The office is completely empty now.
Not true. It is mostly hybrid currently
Banks = get your ass in here
Lol. I saw a few post though saying that devs can wfh at citi.
USAA let’s you work fully remote
