Hello good people, I will be joining LinkedIn shortly and wanted to know how the work life balance is at LinkedIn. Is it hectic 😥or relaxed 😌 ? How easy is it to change teams if I don’t like a particular team ? Please chime in with your experiences and suggestions. PhD in AI/ML + 3 years exp Current TC : 200k New TC : 289k

How was your interview exp? When did you hear back with results?
Interview experience was good. Got all LC hard but was expecting it. One weird round (Data coding) with weird questions but made it through somehow. Chatted with HR and got feedback notes from her. Seems like crushed it. Heard back after 8 days but got results on 9th day.
HR called you instead of recruiter?

Don’t want to dox myself. On my specific team it’s bad, on some sister teams it seems ok
Yes, WLB at linked is good. TC is lower than elsewhere do they compensate with WLB.
