I joined a few months ago. Honestly have done so little work. No clue why my team exists. In tech though. Marketing might be different.

Found the boomer. Target is chill asf. Pay not top tier but for the hours worked I'm getting paid so much.

I'm 25. I was in the supply chain org. Maybe it's different across orgs. And I agree, pay is very high for the workload. I worked less than 40 hours a week for $92k a year.
