WLB in security org at Coinbase?
Hearing the WLB at Coinbase in engineering isn't so great. Is it any different in the IT Security Org. Thinking of applying to third party security as an analyst. #wlb #coinbase #referral

Part of the security org and IMO the wlb is great when compared to product. Yes, some weeks are longer than others but mgmt is focused on ensuring you dont burn out.
Thanks, glad to hear that. The WLB here at Indeed is great but we have not seen any merit increases or promos in over a year now regardless of work ethic in our org.
