WTF is metaverse
Joining Facebook in few weeks. Mark Zuckerberg recently shared his grand vision on transition FB from a social media company to a metaverse company. WTF does metaverse do good for the world? What world problem is it meant to solve? The data leak and misinformation are bad enough. If I were a new college grad, I would probably be excited to work on this "Ready Player One" thing. Now I am concerned about where this company is going. #metaverse #socialmedia

It's not technically a leak, I meant the Cambridge Analytica sandal. FB may be a scapegoat, but the problem is there.
You may want to Google the outcome of Cambridge analytics. I know the correction didn't make headlines but turns out it was way over blown.
