#Walmart - Perm filing negotiations
Can I negotiate the terms of filing the perm they said I have to wait for 90 days, can I negotiate.. to start my perm filing as soon as I join. Also wanted to know if it can be done as soon as I accept the offer?

Just f'n ask them already duh! Even if they agree to day 1 filing, there is no guarantee that they will start. Even if they start, there is no guarantee that the law firm will move quick. They might be slow and take 90 days to file.

The process is extremely slow here. Even if they promise from day 1 .. most likely it won’t start straight up
