Looking for Program/Product Management roles at Walmart ECommerce. Any HM or suggestions for teams ? 5+ years of experience in SC, Logistics and Technology, with 2.5 years at Amazon. @Walmart

Only go if you are coming in as Director. Pay is really bad. Titles are inflated.
I am looking for Sr. PM roles. Is Ecommerce pay bad as well?
Yup, L6 PM pay is equivalent to Sr Manager and in some cases Director. Sr PMs are L5
I see. If I am an L5 PM at Amazon and looking for my next move, what roles should I consider ar Walmart. Clearly not ready for Director level roles. But would it be a good place to get more experience ? Also, did you switch from Amazon to Walmart?
Any suggestions for good SC and Logs teams hiring Managers at Walmart?
