Walmart Engineering team feedback

Hi how is the Walmart plus Engineering team to in Sunnyvale to work with is it ( high pressure?) weekend work? Long hours from a TPM( program manager) perspective? I have an offer any thoughts and suggestions are really appreciated. Thanks
