Just received an offer from Walmart as a L4 (Sr. Software), Mobile Engineer for HCOL loc. Please evaluate my offer: YOE - 12 Base - 180/year Bonus - 15% Stock options - 50/year (3 year vesting) Current TC - 0.0 (Laid off) My situation is a little desperate because I am on a work Visa and need to get something quick. #offereval #laidoff

Interview process was pretty standard - 4 rounds HM Coding - Fairly simple (no LC) Sys design Debugging HM again I say 4 coz 2nd HM round was basically a "confirmation" I think. I am iOS eng.
Take it to solve your visa issue, you can always leave when you have something better lined up.
