Hey everyone I currently live in a state in which Recreational marijuana is legal. I recently got an offer from Walmart as a Senior PM and would have to relocate to a state where recreational weed is not legal. My question is, does Walmart test for drugs and if so would weed disqualify me from employment? TC: 108 k (old) TC: 180k (new)

No, but I can see different policies for different levels. To elaborate, people having access to company credit card might be tested, whereas associates may not.
If you are considering different policies might just get rid of your drug at all?

It does, yes, I have to move quick coz I have sponsorship challenges too, thats why I am asking. I haven't had weed in a while, but I'm going to a party and wanted to see if I had to abstain or could I be part of the group
Wouldn’t abstaining and staying away from any party (a minor sacrifice) be a more prudent thing to do given you have so many challenges already that you mentioned? Prioritize I guess!

Read your offer letter. They'll typically include it in there if your offer is contingent to you passing a drug screen.
