I recently had this round with the hiring manager. It was a casual conversation. He talked about the project and what they’re looking for. Asked me about my experience and what I’m looking for in the next role. There was some time left, so he asked me questions on java and sql.

it sounds like you're at the recruiter talk stage. I did an assessment after and just finished 3 back to back leetcode interviews that're actually tough but mainly top 100 most frequent in LC, not sure whats next?!
