Ya, they have two Sr. Directors now, but that will go away in the near future. Not sure in the Bay area it's any different than Bentonville
Is there any news that both levels would be merged?
I was there last year, and got in a few of the meetings regarding this. They were planning to change the entire job structure ( less levels , removal of redundant jobs) and roll it out to WM US in phase 1 by 2023 Q1/ Q2. At least this was the plan back in 2022 Oct. No timeline was shared for WM international for the same. Part of this was the Sr. Dir. role consolidation. Also, they wanted to consolidate the x5 and x6 ( sr mgr 1 and 2)
