Walmart Sunnyvale Engineering

Hi I got a potential offer in the Walmart + ( Walmart plus ) Engineering team for a staff level manager role. I was wondering if any one working currently in Walmart Sunnyvale would give their thoughts on the work culture, hours of work? Off shore Engineering team interactions? Is long work hours , weekend work? I was told by recruiter that there is a flex PTO policy does it mean even for public holidays like Presidents’ Day, July 4th , Memorial Day , PTO needs to be approved ? This doesn’t happen in any other software companies , so was wondering what’s the process current Walmarters in Sunnyvale follow? #walmartecommerce #walmart #retail
