Seems fake. Target stock is 100k for Principal. Heard that new joiner stocks got discountinued. New joiner stock vesting over 4 years, while the rest vests over 3 years ??
This cant last longer.. new joiner stocks are needed else no point in jumships

Reduced or increased based on performance. Easier to get dogged because a senior director and above will need to calibrate bonus and stock payouts across their org. So every 100 plus pct someone else needs to pay the price
