If your base is higher than your old base... the 40k x4 refreshers along with 20% perf bonus, they're practically sucking your dick. I think it's nice. Only bad thing is that you live in San Fran area... you paycheck is going to go to Bill's and taxes.

Honestly, I wouldn't get too comfy though. Keep bouncing around companies. That's how you make the real money. I worked at Microsoft. You will never (ever) promote at Microsoft. It's best to quit and return to companies.
What is 40k yearly stock refresher?
Additional stock of 40k after year 1 at company which vests 25% every year. So at year two you get 10k plus new 40k which starts vesting at year 3 and so on

This is one of the better X4 offers I have seen. First year TC of 228K ( 165 + 33 + 10 + 20 ) at 4 yoe isn't bad. Walmart RSU sucks but we try to make that up with high base + bonus.
Do we really get 20% bonus in Walmart? I thought it is 20% on paper but 10% actually
It's 20% at X4, 25% at higher levels like X6. Not only you get 20%, you usually get more as Walmart ecomm is consistently beating targets. Plus you get more if you rating is exceeds. Last year exceeds got 1.35 times 20%. This year company performed at 1.25 so every one at X4 got 1.25 times 20%. Exceeds got 1.25 x 1.15 x 20%
