Warm springs Fremont
It seems like there is tons of construction going on in this area near the Bart station. Already the highway entry points are clogged but with this new housing I am concerned it is going to get worse. Any warms springs residents already noticing any changes in commute times?
If the housing is near Bart presumably people will take Bart and not clog your precious highway
Interesting assumption. There are close to 1000+ homes coming nearby and assuming that everyone will take Bart doesn’t seem to be a valid assumption to make. Plus, even if one person in a family takes Bart the spouse will drive which equates to more cars on road. My situation currently. So, yes, the cars are going to clog my precious highway.
1000 homes will lead to as much as 2000 cars. Yes, noy everyone will own cars but generally two cars per couple is standard and more cars if these homes become roomshares
The school assigned to the new construction are terrible. It's a no go for folks with kids.
