I recall Bloomberg always reported “expect to layoff” before the company announcement. I am pretty sure that it was right to predict both Meta layoff rounds, Microsoft layoff. Maybe it predicted more but I didn’t recall. So Bloomberg is always right? Next time you see Bloomberg reports layoff, it is going to happen?
If you dig deep , companies have to file legal documentation before doing layoffs. Those documents are publically available
