Depends on how well you negotiate. Wayfair low balls. On internal threads I’ve seen as low as 120 for L4 PM base. There is a google data sheet going around as well, I think L5 can get up to 150 ish. RSUs can vary between 20 and 40% to TC depending on a variety of factors, though I’m less sure about that for PM as I’m an engineer. Do yourself a favor and research the tech stack and politics at Wayfair.

Thanks from the prompt response. Would shooting for a Director role at Wayfair be a long shot? L4 PM TC appears to be below what I currently make as an L6 PM at Amazon and AD TC is barely ~25% more. I think I will be up for promotion to L7 next year
