Below is a breakdown Base 165K 20% bonus 1900 RSU at $260 current stock price $500k, 25% vested after year 1, after that quarterly vesting at even % over next 12 quarters TC $323K per year YOE 15 Requested $30K sign on ...not sure if they will give it Any sugession if this is a good offer for Austin? I saw some L5 making $400K to $450K in Boston. EDIT: Revised offer below after re-regotiations Base $170K 20% bonus 2,000 stocks instead of 1,900. Vesting is 25% at end of year 1, then 6.25% every quarter after that. Joining Bonus $25K New 1st year comp$385K+ Year 2: $350K+
It’s standard but a little low on base by 20-30k, everything else is top of band. They recently redid comp bands and Wayfair pays pretty low end now.
The stock dipped a bunch in the last week so using 260 as stock price probably invalidates any comparison to those 400-450K folks. Most people probably think $300 a share would be inflated but it's hard to say what those other folks used in their calculation. Agree with others that base is low end and could probably be pushed up
Hard pass on lowball first offer. Will be willing to increase when presented a competing offer.
My man W stock is highly unstable. Take average over the last 3 years so you have a sane $$$ value, probably $150-200 max so you’re not surprised in a bad way.W just got downgraded again by GH, so expect some pain short term
That’s super low base.. more like a top tier L3 base. Don’t take it.
