What level is senior manager at Wayfair? I am an L6 at Amazon trying to see if senior manager is before associate director at Wayfair? @wayfair
What's below senior manager? Is a senior title role regardless of manager the same level as senior manager?
L6- Director L5 Asc Director L4 Sr Manager L3 Manager L2 Associate L1 Analyst Well also have VP (L8), SVP (L9) and Principal (L10), but you can’t hire in externally to those. No L7.
@jwxs26 are you really in Wayfair engineering? I think the mapping of L1 and L2 to those titles exist in other orgs, not in engineering....

What’s the level for a Sr. PM role at Wayfair and TC range like?
Business school friend of mine said he was offered 120 base plus equity and bonus
L4 is Sr. PM, not group or director ;) we just hired a group pm from Trip Advisor into L5 and he had only been there 5 months.
Sr Manager is more junior than Asc. Director. You should be an AD. If you’re technical, it will be a challenge but we desperately need people like you ha!
