Hello community, I have the final loop(4 rounds)scheduled with Wayfair for Sr PM role. Anyone who can guide me with (i) what is evaluated in the rounds (ii) some specific pattern of questions I should prepare for behaviour/leadership rounds. (iii) final case round Would be super thankful to the generous Blind community. TC - 180k yoe 7
They used to have some case question about video games and dig into it based on your level. Might also want to view the search history here, not known for great tech stack or work culture
They ask the same case questions that you can find on Glassdoor. It’s about reducing call center calls or something like that
I went through it recently. 3 behavioral 1 case. Note that I have had a case even before. Previous case was to reduce contacts that happen due to returns. Last round case was more specific to the role so how would you improve lead scoring. Don’t be surprised if you get ghosted after on-site. Has happened to me after 2 onsites. They likely were interviewing others as well and decided to not even send a rejection email to me.
Are you Product Manager at Amazon?
Be ready to be downleveled lol
You’ll do fine. Amazon’s loop is the toughest in all tech. Just STAR your answers and tell your work story and you’ll get the job. 👍
This has to be sarcasm right? Your PM loop is basically anyone who can BS their way through good stories based on the amazon principles
No. It’s true. I’ve worked at a ton of places. Big three, tech, etc. Amazon’s loop is one of the hardest. It just it.
Why do sales in east is more than west Because wayfair designs aligns more like east than west
wait till you get an offer letter. their RSU policy is so weird. I nver heard that before
^^This. 2 months ago I got the offer from them where they valued their stock at $300 while it was trading at $150 or so. This is outrageous & lying in plainsight. Why tf would I ever want to work for such degenerate company?
Wayfair is full of ivy used-to-bes who over-engineer the shit out of everything and think they're better than you. Morale is super low there, i got out as soon as I could

Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
Run the opposite direction. Going Amazon to Wayfair is like going out of the pan and into the fire
Can you elaborate?
Not quite. Lower stress overall.. But likely also lower comp.
