I’ve worked at Zoetis and Pfizer Animal Health before that for 15 years. I can’t comment specifically on immigration however there’s a huge focus on diversity and inclusion and as an international company I know we’ve supported colleagues moving not only within the US but into other countries as well.

Like most big companies it really varies depending on your role and department. I’m on the sales side and I would say it’s as fair as one could hope for. Not sure if that helps but good luck!
