Webull vs Robinhood

Only used Robinhood, charting is not good in RH. In Webull you can short the stocks. I am not sure how the app is.

Does webull provide option to select which lot to sell (for long/short term tax purposes) or is it similar to Robinhood (which has the only option of FIFO)?

Webull is Chinese. That is all.
