Wells fargo offer vs GM offer
I am part of the agile transformation team in WF. Their agile journey is not that great. I just joined Wells. I have an offer with GM. To be honest GM seems way more process oriented. But the money is less. I wanted to know how does the bonus structure work? They gave me a good bonus in offer letter, but will the honor that?
