Scrambled Eggs are the only tech breakfast you should be having.

The Daily Byte #453 Scrambled eggs are the gold standard for Tech breakfasts. Firstly, they are easy to make. All you need is an egg and pan/stove. On a budget? No worries, you can get a dozen eggs for few dollars. Let's talk about nutrition. One egg has 6g of protein for only 78 calories. Not to mention other vitamins such as Vit. D, B6 etc. Space for creativity - add salt and pepper to taste. Can be eaten with bread, buns, croissants, bagels etc. Lastly, it is a gateway to better dishes - all using an egg - sunny side up, omelette, soft/hard boiled, poached, the list goes on.. Oh, it's also vegan - all US eggs are unfertilized, so you're not killing anything. Can continue feeling good about yourself if veganism is your moral high ground. TC: 1 egg a day. Edit: Thanks for all the support and meaningful discussions, folks! Stay tuned for more episodes of The Daily Byte!

The second problem is linking ldl to hear disease. The real ratio that matters is triglycerides to hdl. Intermittent fasting with fat rich food will basically eliminate any possibility of heat disease and weight issues
