Looking for how high staff SWE offers can get nowadays. I’ve seen a couple of blind posts of Microsoft offers hitting 600k at 66. Don’t know if BS or not but 550k seems doable for 66

Confluent principal is two levels about staff. Which one is 500-600?
Google L6 staff is more or less Confluent principal level, no?
I’ve seen Staff equivalent at Netflix (10 yoe+phd) go for 800+
Isn't Amazon L7 equivalent to senior staff (ie meta L7)?
From levels.fyi ic l7 maps to l6 meta/g EM l7 maps to l7 meta/g. I don't know why they're considered different and if l7 internally at Amazon is lateral/equivalent for ic/em
Yeah I’d say if you cleared Amazon’s L7 loop there is a good chance you can probably clear E7 elsewhere.
Pinterest is missing. Sr.Staff is 700+ and Staff is 600+
Cedar is ~400 when you consider current valuations.
