What are my options in this job market for 4 YOE?
I'm a L4 SWE with 4 YOE. My initial offer at Google was a low-ball. Worst than some new grad offer. L4 155k base, 140k stock, 20k signon bonus. My TC this year is around 240k with a Transformative rating and 260k next year if I get T again, which seems unlikely. This is significantly below the median L4 comp. My manager is a workaholic and has serious boundary issues (works on weekends and keeps pinging me at night, commits to unrealistic timelines without consulting with me, etc.). I am no longer interested in growing my career at Google, but the job market doesn't seem favorable this year. I've been casually interviewing since September last year and I can't get anything with a decent WLB Offers: - a TikTok 2-2 offer for 350k - startup offers for 250k - amazon aws L5 offer for 350k - Microsoft L63 offer for 230k - Citadel offer for 400k Rejected by - Roblox for senior after onsite - Netflix for L5 after onsite No response from - Airbnb - Adobe - Nvidia - Meta - Trade Desk Not sure what to do at this point. Any in similar positions?

Stay where you are. None of the offers you received are worth leaving Google for.
