What are some tricks for getting a good tinder profile?
Hi I’m updating my tinder with some new pics recently and Im wondering if you have any bio tips. The gender ratio in my city is much better for straight men than Seattle or Bay and I get a few matches per week but obviously not that many. Anything I should take into account outside of the obvious rules 1 and 2? Obligatory: TC 150k and 5ft8, American born Indian person.
1. A pic with you playing with a dog/cat. 2. A pic with you doing something outdoorsy or cool 3. A pic that tells something about you as a person, something you're passionate about. Could be volunteering, sports, even dnd. 4. A pic with you showing some sort of social acceptance - hanging out with some girls who are your friends, surrounded by people having a good time. 5. Pic in a suit and/or shirtless. Feel free to mix and match these
Good stuff! Sadly don’t have access to a dog, but the rest are doable or already present.
Pro tip - it doesn't need to be your dog as long as you establish a genuine rapport with the doggy and that subliminally reflects in the pic.
If you're getting matches isn't the problem your inability to schedule dates?
In my case getting matches that I’m interested in really (I have shockingly high standards for someone with relatively little to offer!). As I see it it’s a numbers game that I wasn’t serious about for a while.
I’ve only actually met a few that I’ve been really interested in but I didn’t have the guts to make a move :(
Numbers game. Follow the pic tips above and keep swiping right. Then be selective with your replies. Time your swipe rights to optimize allowed swipe count.

Tinder plus and a friend with a DSLR. Worked like a charm for me, and I am low TC, low attractiveness.

Put TC and height in your profile. If they aren’t high enough, fix that.
Make sure you are tall and very handsome. Rest doesn't matter.
Too late for that now. He can't fix his height and looks. Maybe looks to some extent.

I’ve had even less luck with CMB actually! Only had one interesting match on there.
Aw, sorry to hear that :( oddly I had none on tinder but 1 or more a day on CMB. Super odd how the experiences differ!
