What are the top companies for TC per YOE nowadays?
Excluding HFT, I've already been rejected by most of them 😭 Asking because markets have clearly changed, Amazon used to pay $400k for SDE2s with 2 YOE. Now we are laying off, mass PIPing, rescinding offers, and actively targeting those same high TC employees for PIP. I look around and see that Google and Meta are also not looking super great right now. Has Blind identified the new "most prestigious" highest TC companies yet? TC 🥜 after stock drop 😭😭😭

We have increased PIP quotas, so we can publish lower layoff numbers. I've seen on my team and heard from other teams as well that pretty much all the SDE2s they hired during the pandemic boom have all been PIP'd or are in the process of getting PIP'd Are you Amazon HR?
