What area should I be targetting with ~1.5 milion budget for sfh
I want to preferrably stay close to sunny vale or san jose. I can go to the office 1~2 times and im willing to commute. Uber has an office in sunny vale. Im thinking if paying at least 10% down payment TC:400k
