Price is not issue. I just want a motor vehicle to commute from home (Seattle) to office (Bellevue) 3-4 days per week. For Groceries and errands the car helps but is not a big improvement as I already have other means like walk, bike, public transit, and uber.
Also am I correct to assume that filling gas cars is less hassle than electric car charging.
Do you have a house?
I rent. I think apartment building has chargepoint
Then just sort by price and see what you like in the price that you are willing to pay.
I guess Safety Sedan Cheap to fix
Probably Toyota Camry then. If you want to spend more for comfort, move up to Lexus equivalents.
Toyota Prius
the new Prius prime?
Yup
Toyota Prius
Thanks for the advice. What’s your thoughts on a Prius versus Corolla?
Prius is much more fuel efficient, especially prime! If you only use it for commute to work, you may end up going to the gas station twice a year!
Hybrid Toyota rav 4 or Honda crv whatever but get hybrid else gas will kill your. Electric is just stupid. Went to Canada with a friend who had an electric ended up sitting in random parking lots to charge multiple times such a pain.
Thanks for the advice. Noob question What’s the benefit of buying SUV for a single person commuter? Vs non SUV like corola or Camry?
There’s zero benefit, you’ll just take up more space
Find something with a resale value if you’re unsure. Go second hand, then you can easily sell it off when you want to switch. Otherwise start leasing
I see. So something like Camry, corolla or Honda civic.
If price is not an issue Panamera Turbo S or Taycan Turbo GT
Tucson Hybrid or Sportage Hybrid
