I’m miss working in office with my team. What companies out there are requiring this? I have 2 yrs experience at Red Hat and another 2 at Amazon. Would love to get referrals to any companies/start-ups that enforce this
No employer is enforcing anything right now. The talent is in the power seat and the overwhelming majority says I’m good with hybrid WFH and I don’t want to be micromanaged. This will leave any company requiring full WFO to lose the talent war and left with the B and C team talent. Top tier talent wants flexibility and to work with their team and individual role in determining what in person work is necessary for their productivity and successful execution. Those that don’t adapt and read the room on this will be left in the dust once all is said and done.
