Why would you list FAANGM as the options? It's usually the companies like Oracle, IBM, Cisco, etc. where people settle in and stay for a decade or two. I have also heard that some companies like Workday have a 'rest and vest' culture.
How about LinkedIn? I have heard that even LinkedIn is good for rest and vest.

Their benefits seem quite good, base is a bit weak, stock has a cliff, but long term I'd say so. Not exactly rolling in $$$ as one might at Google, but not bad.
