What companies have a more traditionally masculine culture?

The way masculine was defined in the 1960s-1990s. Before it became more popular to embrace emotions in the workplace, show empathy, and talk about personal issues around work and personal life. Does that still exist anywhere or has that pretty much been snuffed out across the U.S. and Canada?

Even sports has emotion and drama between teammates. Shag - Kobe is a big example. Try boxing. No hard feelings there. Just punches.

Can confirm. Complain about being tired or hurt, and coach will punish you with extra conditioning until you toughen up.
