This is so strange. This looks like a post.. but it can't be one. There's no TC or YOE on it. Is Blind broken right now? We need an admin
You are funny! Here you go - TC 187K YOE 8.
Oh thanks that seems to have fixed it. What's the role? I know someone at workday I could ask about this. I think they mentioned a wfh stipend but I'm not sure
Anyone from Workday?
I got a Mac and 1000 stipend. You can choose from a list of items they have to buy
Congratulations on the new job π π does that mean you can spend 1000 only on the items on their list?
Yeah they have a list of specific desks, chairs, etc and you can use up to 1000 on that list
You can use the stipend for whatever desk or chair you want, your manager needs to approve it
Thanks oPxm55! So I need to tell my manager too? This just keeps getting better! π
My manager let me expense stuff I bought while I was interviewing lol so I don't think it's that serious but I'd still check in before buying if it's anything super expensive
UI plat team ?

Congrats!! If you joined Workday in Canada youβll receive your salary in π₯. WFH stipend was USD 500, not sure if they changed that recently though.
What? Why such a huge disparity? I always thought each country would get an equivalent dollar amount. How is it in Europe then? Do they get even lesser wfh stipend?
Got 500 USD in Europe
In Europe its approx 350β¬ for the stipend π€£π€£π€£ I'm looking to leave. The company refuses to get with the times and is very resistant to WFH! Promotions are IMPOSSIBLE to get even when you meet criteria and work your ass off! Salary is shit too! Good luck π
β¬350? That sounds like a paltry sum in comparison to the US. I am sorry to hear that. And with the list, it limits your options even more. Do you mind me asking when did you join? What team are you on and your role?
I joined in March 2021. They give the stipend in USD, so after EUR conversion it's not a lot. I got a raw deal, but it was less raw than where I was at the time, so took the job. I love the people in my department, they're actually great, and super empathetic. But as a company, even though they push for growth etc, its all BS when it comes to action. I'm a technical writer in the InfoDev dept. So under the EDDG umbrella. Issue is, recruiters and hiring managers don't talk, so the real picture is never fully communicated.

Should C-suite take paycut to save company? Peloton layoff 400 and ceo pocketed $168M TC.
