if a company has been in business for ten years but only in the last three years seen massive growth is it still considered a startup? With that being said for those of you that have been employed by a startup how long did you go without a raise?
Worked for a company who was on the INC 5000 (since absorbed) whose policy, until acquisition, was no raises, ever.
That’s brutal.
