Sit in your car and scream as loud as you can for as long as you can. Then go work out or go to a meetup group / yoga class / book club. You need to find motivation to do something social.
I'm actually quite social. I have friends and go to parties when I feel like it. But as someone mentioned above, feeling lonely and being alone are not the same.
Friends, side projects, charity work, or if lonely and horny sugar babies are always a good lazy option.
