What do you do when you are in a toxic place that is damaging your mental health, but can’t quit because bonus and visa?

You have a valid excuse because of the visa, but the bonus, lol. Welcome to the club, people do a lot of things they don't want to do because of money.
Find another place. There are options.
Then dont let it go to your ego. Do your job and move on. The problem is people tie work to their identity esp. fellow Indian folks.
Why is the place toxic for you?
My m1 and m2 are clearly favouring one person. I don't feel motivated. And have a l1 visa and it is hard to jump ship this time. Just sticking around
Microsoft is a great place to be in a recession. Thousands of unemployed US citizen tech workers would love to have your job.
